I have certainly pointed out how Jade Goody has been silly and has made an error in judgement in regards to the offences she has been prosecuted with.
However, I am not saying that she deserves any less treatment than, let's say "Joe public".
She has certainly had a stressful time of late, which you may have noticed and naturally, this may have been part of what has been involved in all of this small problem.
Fred West was a killer. Get things in perspective, so the debate is set in the right context of discussion. Polite suggestion, of course

Jade Goody is wealthy and obviously can pay the fine with ease. I was pointing out the Interest Rate rise and it's significance to the ease in which she is able to pay, by perhaps making that amount in interest, making it a free, thingy... If you get my drift

I have to point out, that for every prosecuting team which is larger than life, due to CBB5 race furore and all that negativity, etc.. etc... There is indeed a defence side, which is only fair under the circumstances.
Saying that Jade Goody is a serial-liar doesn't really fit actually. I would say that in this instance of Driving without the correct documentation, etc.. and the offences in which she has been prosecuted under, may make many consider that Jade Goody has lied about something.
But beyond that, there is little that makes some believe that the word "serial" should be next to "Liar" I might add.....
The same applies to the other descriptions which you have made against her.
The part about Jade Goody being a Racist, is quite a serious one and in relation to CBB5, the words and comments used by herself and the other two, were only construed by some to contain possible racial-over-tones. Don't forget Emily Parr She did say a recognised racist word, but somehow, it was treated differently.
