It's not just that all of the Nurofens are the same... they are
all just iboprofen. It's the active pain-killing ingredient. Unbranded ibuprofen will do
exactly the same thing.
Unbranded ibuprofen is about 40p. Nurofen is £2 - £3. It's insane.
Cheap paracetamol and ibuprofen or aspirin are the only over the counter pain medications you should ever need. If you have pain (genuinely) that requires anything more then you need a prescription painkiller...
