I agree wholeheartedly she should have at at the very least an apology.
Awful,these things just should not happen.
As you say she had been at the hospital.

This thread should command respect for the issues that can be raised as to hospital and nursing negligence,I don't often agree with the opening poster but he makes very strong and valid points on this very serious issue in his opening post.
