I know like 9 people who are not in Biebers demographic who love his music and wanna go to his tour next year, they're straight men, so it's not all teen girls? As MB said, 3 numbers ones in the space of three months.

Streaming is mainly done fanatically by teen girls.
It's like saying that Football isn't mainly watched by guys, of course other demographics watch the Sport but again not enough to sustain it's renewal year after year without them.
Justin Bieber rightly or wrongly will always be a teeny bopper act.
And a lot of the songs that you've mentioned above had a strong teen girl appeal.
