I don't know why people love Chanelle so much. She has such a grudge with Charley (I think it's a jealousy issue but let's not get into that now

She bitches about her to the most influential body in Big Brother - the public, via the Diary Room. She is very aware of what she is doing and knows that it will get shown on TV.
