I'll be honest and say that the idea is good, but it doesn't work that well. I think if you were going to do this the eye shape would need to be completely made out of stars and have no definite outline, so it creates a better look.

The advert itself shouldn't have a "slogan" and I could see some stars spinning and the eye then going out. Obviously I'm only trying to be constructive!
