Good for her really.
I really think now these titles should be done away with, it is easy to do lots for charities when you are famous and earn a great deal too in your profession.

There are many tireless workers for charities all over the Country who never get a bit of recognition for all they do, day in day out, week in week out, year in year in year out.

True bravery and really outstanding achievement should maybe bring some rewards of note as to something like this but they should be far fewer and make them far more meaningful.
