Days 3 - 7
Victoria's eviction, I felt really sorry for her, I actually think she could have been a really good housemate but she had a raw deal. Coming in the house last, right before Deana had to make her choice. Being the oldest made it harder for her to fit in too. She's the kind of person who would have needed more than 3 days to settle in and be themselves. Wasted HM imo. If I could have voted for one to stay though, it would have been Lydia.
Conor's alright. Hasn't done much though. I've heard he turns out to be awful but I'm trying not to judge him on that.
Lauren is pretty funny. She reminds me of some girls I knew at uni and I think she's someone I'd get on really well with.
And OMG, one of the best moments, when Sara was bitching about Lauren in the toilet and Lauren burst in and confronted her, and Lydia was having a fit outside the door
That whole thing was amazing! I love that Lauren just walked straight in
I thought Arron seemed quite sweet. Like when he said he couldn't speak to Sara because she was so beautiful
But he's got another side that's starting to show. Like when he snapped at Victoria - "I'd evict YOU!" I can't really tell if he's being cheeky or nasty. But he's gradually becoming more and more of a knob. It's a shame because I fancy him a little bit
Chris is a trouble maker! Like when he tried to kick off with Luke S for NO REASON. And goading Luke S about going in the diary room, ridiculous. And then laying into Becky on her first night. Twat. And all he talks about is women. I also think he's possibly the stupidest HM of all time. He's definitely up there as one of them. Also, I clocked his alpha male obsession on day 1 and he's still talking about it, and I think that's why he's targeting Luke S.
BUT I'm also starting to think that Chris is one of the most fascinating characters (albeit infuriating because I hate him), psychologically. As much as I dislike him, I think he has some deep rooted issues which could be really interesting to see develop over the long term (but I think I've read somewhere that he leaves quite early, and with it being him Vs Arron I think he's gone this week).
I was loving Sara, I thought she was really cool at first but I'm going off her a bit now. And what the hell was her outburst over the queen all about lmao?! I can't quite figure her out yet.
I like Deana a lot. There's something really intriguing and a little bit unusual about her. I know she's in till the end so I'm looking forward to seeing how she develops. I felt sorry for her when Becky's task was revealed, and I don't really get why noone had any sympathy for her.
Oh, and she's not a forgiving person is she haha!
Lydia is unintentionally hilarious! When the HM's went wild during the live eviction announcement after Brian revealed Conor was safe (and they broke the coach
) but Brian carried on talking, and Lydia (with a face like thunder) tried to shut everyone up by yelling at them
I'm loving her.
And when she said to Chris that working in scrap metal is like being a bailiff because they both collect stuff

I was surprised at her nominating Deana though, I thought those two were friends.
Becky, my initial thoughts were that she'd make a really good, possibly brilliant (if mildly annoying) HM. And omg her entrance, when she burst through the diary room door like a wild boar screaming "COME ON YA BASTARDS" with full on fist pump action before jumping into the pool fully clothed, it was amazing. Best entrance ever? (Also, I NEED a gif of Lydia's face when Becky runs past her during her entrance!)
I felt sorry for her with her task but went off her slightly afterwards. I think she was being disingenuous when she said that she really does like Deana. Deana hit the nail on the head actually when she said that Becky knew Deana didn't have any close friends, and that's why she targeted her. I'm starting to think that Becky's personality is mostly facade. She comes across as fun and nice, but I'm beginning to wonder if underneath it all, she's maybe a little devious? Like when she said re her task "it's dog eat dog", around the same time as telling Deana how much she genuinely likes her
I'm going off Luke S, and I'm really hoping there isn't a Luke S / Ashleigh showmance. I'm sure 90% of their airtime so far as been her stroking and massaging him.
Ashleigh. 'Desperation' doesn't even begin to describe her. And she said herself she hasn't got anything in common with Luke S so stop, just STOP! I can't even
Scott's growing on me, and him and Caroline make an excellent double act. I like watching them sit around talking about the other HM's. They both seem quite unaffected and likable. There's not really a 'side' to them.
Adam talks a lot of sense. He's got Chris figured out, he seems pretty sharp actually. He's growing on me - slowly. I still think he has a guard up somewhat, but that's probably due to his past.
Shievonne literally has a catchphrase for every situation
but she's being quieter than I expected.
Luke A, I don't think he's done ANYTHING. But it's still early and there's a lot of big characters.

General thoughts!
I'm completely hooked! It's really an excellent cast overall. I'm actually thinking it might one of the best overall casts ever.
I'm not keen on some of the editing choices, especially the montages. There was a whole 'Arron and Ashleigh foot rub in the bath' vs 'Luke S weight lifting Lauren' montage, which was meant to be sexy, I think? But it was just really annoying.
They can discuss noms
not sure how I feel about that but I did find it quite interesting at times, seeing the politics of it unfold. Lydia btw is excellent at playing this. I'm really impressed with her.
Nice to see a round of normal diary room noms and a good old fashioned head to head this week
None of this 'everyone who received a nomination is up' rubbish.
Brian was a bit better at hosting during the first eviction. He seemed more at ease, but his jokes are still dropping like lead balloons.

Current favourite is probably Lydia, and least favourite Ashleigh (it would be Chris, I probably dislike him more than Ashleigh, but like I said, I think he could be interesting if he acknowledges his issues. He's got
