Anyone with a brain would know even if they do decide to open their mouths (which I highly doubt they will) it just won't be broadcast as they will get sued by the channels who run the other shows. It's the same thing when they put in people to "spill the beans" on a certain celebrity they've previously been with/shagged, they won't because they'll have injunctions.
