I don't know if I'm looking into it too deeply, that's just my thoughts on John because he reminds me so much of guys around his age that I've known. Sure lots of people enjoy innuendo, regardless of sexuality and age etc, I know I do too lol, but when it's excessive (with some guys, you literally can't get a sentence out with some form of innuendo
) I think there are definitely societal reasons why that is.
