The problem with a hair transplant is that the donor hair comes from the back and he looks like he is thinning there too.
Either a low density toupee or a full wig will do.
He could go to William Shatner's hairdresser. Shatner's wig is pretty good these days.
I think they cost around $5,000 though but David can afford it.
