Megan is probably the best looking because of her youth.
Not sure of the second. Nancy is a very attractive woman and if younger would probably be the "hottest" there.
Stephanie is pretty but it's hard to tell how much is good looks or just makeup because she seems to be wearing very heavy pale makeup any time I've seen her on screen.
I'd probably say Megan and Nancy or maybe Stephanie.
EDIT:
Actually scratch that, if going solely on just pure good looks and beautiful features and nothing age related then I'd probably put Nancy number 1 and Megan number 2.
