Reaching is when someone seems to be clutching at straws, or making irrelevant/inflated claims to try and win an argument. And dragging, it's like if someone gets clocked for something, and then shown up in some way, they've been dragged.
(I think I've explained all that right... looks like Ashley was right to start a slang thread after all lol)
