If you read that thread on DS, ThaGazBoi you will find out that RF was making a prediction NOT taking about something that is 100% going to happen. Charley is most likely going to be up because of what she said during her interview and i'll be very happy if she is. Get Charley out!

But RF always calls them "predictions". If he said anything that proved he was leaking the actual nominations the thread would probably be pulled, which is why he says "I think it is" or "I have a feeling it's going to be..." or "My guess is..." or whatever.
