You are reading too much into this. Sometimes it's best to focus on the facts and what has actually been said rather than to speculate about what you think the men where thinking.
If we go on what nicky has said, I think many would find her more offensive. I suppose we will see come friday.

i have an great memory and a sky+ box to back this up:
-all the men (except for jonothan and gerry) were called to diary room, and given beer
-they all then said 'lets get all the men' (exact words!)
-liam then left the diary room to collect a bottle opener and 'the men'
-liam went to jonothan who was sat on the couch and told him to go to the diary room (gerry was sat next to jonothan, but liam didnt say anything to jonothan)
-all the men (except the only gay man) then gathered together in the diary room, they said they were going to get all the man, but then left the gay man out, now how is that not homophobic???
p.s dont reply saying that liam might not have seen gerry, because he sat on the sofas near jonothan, liam didnt want gerry in the diary room= homophobic!

I don't think anyone here understands what you mean with the whole homophobic argument, since it isn't true. All the men get on with gerry. Also you are completely off topic, I thought this was about nicky?
|
And Nicky gets on with the men as well, and is attracted to men. You said that this doesn't mean she isn't sexist. So why are you now saying just because they get on with Gerry, that it means they're not homophobic?
|
Because nicky has given sexist comments about men and said numerous times that she doesn't like them. The other men in the house have said no such things about gays. [/quote]
Actions speak louder than words, and there is reason to think that they are possibly homophobic.
Also, Ziggy for one, actually
has spoken against gays.
He said "There's too many lesbians in this House", he called the girls lesbians as an insult, in a derogatory matter, and also the phrase "too many" was very telling indeed.
