...she's right though, it would be the same if a UK reality star was to be in an American show, they just wouldn't feel like they 'got it'/feel as comfortable/feel as relaxed etc..there's often a 'lost in translation' thing as well with American housemates and UK ones...also, she's now the only American left in there so must feel that she has no one that she can relate to in any way at all now../poor Tiff..
...I didn't see the nominations, was she nominated for people 'not relating to her', then..?...
