Very off topic but this nonsense gets on my nerves. As a black lesbian (who happens to volunteer in the LGBT Human Rights field) I hear this nonsense from people who forget that Human Rights are just that. The Rights of Humans! Why on earth isn't it valid to feel an affinity with one or other types of Human Rights abuse? The only thing that's unacceptable is wanting to take rights away from one group or another or take away their voice which amounts to the same thing. people will have different life experiences, no? If YOU care amount abuse then start welcoming any voice who speaks against it whether it's domestic violence against men or women, racism against any culture or any sexuality or gender stereotypes.

Peace.
