On CBB bit on the side 3 clips are shown of Steph & Jeremy.
1. where they are sat in a room alone, with Jeremy ignoring her while Steph keeps glancing over at him and theres a very awkward silence
2. They are laying on the bed together and having a heart to heart
3. In the bathroom where Steph is apparently laying her her cards on the table and swearing she is not mugging him off and ends in a full on embrace
So the answer to your question is NO.....he has not finally woken up to her.
