It can be depending on the severity of someone's claustrophobia,however she would feel that too in a toilet with a closed door so if she was really claustrophobic,she would not want that door closed either.

Also she would not have been alone in the prison,there was someone else there.
Anyway on bbbots a panellist who knew her well, would not state she was claustrophobic, also she had done a prison task before anyway so it was probably blatant lying,which is the one thing she is very good at.
