John may not be the nicest of housemates, but he is definitely not stupid. So why would he lie about not doing it, when he knows there are cameras around picking up every move, and lying would not be to his advantage, either with the public or the other housemates if it should get shown to the house. Until someone comes up with the evidence, I shall go with 'innocent till proven guilty'
