Not caring about what others think of you is a sad trait to have. It shows the rumination of a twisted narcissistic mind laced with traits of nastiness and vileness. The woman is a time bomb waiting to go off and she needs help.
The invention of the GC character is only there as a shield to hide behind her failings and she uses her alter ego way too often. This is borderline schizophrenia. This woman needs help before she harms herself when she eventually finds out she is a hate figure.
