She didn't hear negative comments beforehand though, she told the truth after seeing the vid of him issuing orders to Steph in his supercilious way on the sofa's. That probably reminded her of how awful he can be. It wasn't just because he was grumpy when woken up - you have left stuff out of her explanation.
Glad you agree he's an arsehole though.
