If John had been a great fave and someone had a thread about John's poor showing with over the top smilies and gloating, would you have liked it? You always defended him against the smallest criticism, and nothing wrong with that. But it showed you cared and therefore it would have stung if people were gloating that he didn't do well.
I had gone off Tiff but I felt the gloating was just too self indulgent and mean - spirited.  |
I have to agree...it was OTT. It made uncomfortable reading...school playground stuff really.
The best response is NO RESPONSE and to avoid the thread if it winds you up.
