I hate to say it but I've seen how Americans vote....just watch American Idol. If you're worried about non-deserving housemates winning, you'll pretty much guarantee it with an American vote.
Too many highly religious people and tween girls vote which skewers the result. It may look like the British Public don't always get it right but they are pretty amazing. There is no real discrimination of LBGT community. If Americans vote, no one from the LBGT community will ever have a chance of winning again.
