Labour and the Tories being full of rancid old paedophiles, sadly for U Kippers, doesn't change the fact that UKIP is demonstrably full of racists, homophobes and misogynists.

Its not that these people have committed crimes. It's fairly evident that some of these other crimes are far WORSE than these UKIP allegations. What is important, though, is that while more serious, these actions don't have the same sorts of political implications as, for example, racially motivated violence and links to fascist organisations.

In other words, the heinous crimes listed for these other MPs speak volumes about their individual characters. Awful, awful people. But with the UKIP revelations, it's the fact that repeatedly, a very specific type of person with very specific prejudices and temperaments are drawn to that party like moths to a flame.

Now just to pre-emptively address some outrage: I'm not saying that ALL UKIP supporters are that sort of person. I'm just saying that that sort of person finds their political "home" with UKIP, and it would be a bare faced lie to pretend there isn't a reason for that.
Essentially the conclusion is drawn thus: most people are pretty vile, especially the ones drawn to politics
