omg this is a mess
I didn't want to go back because last time was all scary but I thought I'd give it one more go today. I went in and it was the same evil guy on the reception and this time my name was on the system but it said in big red writing that I've been missing my payments? He let me in but told me I have to ring the number of the main office to sort it out before they'll let me back.
Anyway I just got home and looked at my bank and it's true that no money has been taken out yet, but I looked at the welcome email I received two weeks ago and it clearly says
"your first payment will be taken out on the 18th March, and then on a monthly basis from 18th April onwards" !!!
What do I do do I still ring that number anyway or do I storm in tomorrow and tell the idiot to just give me my bloody membership card already
