How long have you worked in retail?
You need to grow a thicker skin. I don't mean that to be nasty, just the abuse you get in any kind of service job is ridiculous. I used to get upset at it til I realised it was all of the time and now, even random insults/rudeness I just laugh off as I worked in bars for like 10 years
