My tablets have gone right to my head tonight
These are my very strong ones, but I have been taking dihydrocodeine all week instead of these as I go slightly zombiefied when I take there but they are amazing for pain. I think the issue is probably that I havent took them for alike a week then went back on the usual does...but I dodn't think your tolerance would change that quickly
