Cher... as funny as she is I can't actually name more than 4 songs by her?
Mariah... same really, although the ones I do know are great.
Whitney Houston - a few good hits and a great voice but not a music legend imo.
I can't think of many really. Most of the contemporary ones are a bit pointless saying they're overrated when they could just be passing fads.
