Autumn has the build up to Christmas and that's amazing but other than that it is miserably dull, even its name sounds sad. It gets darker earlier and days are thus wasted - awful. If it weren't for how much I loved summer then spring would definitely be my favourite reason, it has so much going for it  clocks go forward and the days start to get longer, the weather slowly improves (can actually be the best and hottest in like May as opposed to summer) and down go the layers of clothing, the academic year nears its end, excitement for summer builds etc etc
It's a no brainer
