So at the end of the episode Negan bashes someone's head in with Lucille.
He asks a henchman to cut out Carl's other eye if Rick moves so that would most likely rule out either of them two being the recipients of a bashing. But who knows. And in the comics...
But will it be a different character as seen before with Sophia/Carol?
Just pick the one knelt down for his game of eeny-meeny-miney-moe you think has had their head caved in.
