idk that scene seemed way more than was necessary </3 I'm obviously not the biggest fan of gorefests anyway but that was just torture porn.
I'm loving the few episodes after it though.

The hospital invasion and the zombies
I can see why people are falling out of love with the show: S1 was focussed on one very human complex bad guy and he was articulate and charming and interesting and had a history, whereas the whole 'The Hand' stuff is arguably frustrating - no one loves a jump from story to mystery
- but I've really liked Elektra/Stick's characters and whilst atm - on episode 10
- the Hand come off as a bit of a generic "oooh weird secretive asians" device, I can't help but admit it's still compelling.
Oh and I was wetting myself a bit at Claire being in the middle of all of that
