I think Chanelle is indeed a nasty piece of work. Other Hms are far more open when they have something to say, she simply goes around whispering to people about another HM.
She needs to grow up and realise that she is not the only person in that house, she tries to dictate how things should be and when others say no she throws a childish wobbly. If she were my daughter she would be getting such a telling off when she came out of that house for making such a show of herself.
