Ok I see what you're saying but I see it differently. Pep may be untried in the EPL but he gives an intensity to all his teams that mean his teams put the effort in for him, Conte has done wonders at Juventus and maybe Mourinho will be at Old Trafford. Wenger has a poor record against two of those managers. Add to that Klopp - another manager Wenger has a suspect record against - getting Klopp type players, maybe a maintaining of form by Spurs, an improvement at Man Utd and West Ham moving to the new stadium gives them added power in the transfer market. When I add all that up I dont see a place for Arsenal in the top four next season unless the manager changes his style and team. Its gonna be a massive season for the manager next year. We'll see how he does.
