Re-watching BB13 just confirms my opinion of BB13 > BB14
And tbh the BB13 live shows weren't even that bad and neither is Brian. I was worried about watching his cringe presenting again, but he improved as the series went along (he was insufferable during CBB8/BB12) and his interviews are great. BB13 felt more like a C4 series to me (minus the editing) with less twists, the house dynamics and divide, and how things worked out in the end.
Not to mention I felt more strongly about the BB13 cast, whereas I couldn't really care less about any of the BB14 HM's who were outside my Top 5 for that series.
