Until I found that I no longer had the time for writing, a I produced a number of stories of the Mystical Realms Sagas. My stories came to a halt at Saga 13
One of my characters, Jenny Green, that I had in the early stories and who was a former assistant manager and then manager of a coffee shop, was partly inspired by a real barista at a Caffe Nero store at Clayton Street in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Her real name was Lauren Moody
On Tuesday I found out that she had died, even though she was relatively young. I do not know how she died.
I know this is the creative writing section, but because she was a muse for one of my characters in a set of stories that once dominated this section, I felt that this was the most appropriate section to announce her passing.
My thoughts are with her family and friends
