You cant blame the bosses really. At the end of the day if she really really wanted to leave and was so terribly,emotionally drained as shes made out she would go and they wouldnt even try to stop her. They wouldnt be allowed to that. She'll have been iffing and butting all the way. It was nothing but "look at me everyone"
