Ahh ok I feel like this is my fault for not checking. plus if I noticed earlier perhaps Josy could have scaled it to fit the size. But I'll tell Josy to read the rules in future
If it's ok with everyone else, I'm going to allow Josy's avatar to remain in the competition. I set that restriction just so people wouldn't enter MASSIVE photos. Tbh I didn't even notice Josy's was bigger, but I guess some forums will allow that size.
I have a feeling if I disqualify it Josy will de-mod me
