Because the vast majority of young females put all their energies into their looks eg plastic surgery, fake eye lashes, fake hair ie extensions, weaves, fake tan, fake nsils, fake boobs, fake nails, fake eye brows, fake teeth, fake chins, fake lips etc.
They are almost begging to be judged on looks. Nothing else to offer. Sad but true. Plus the female housemates market themselves on their looks and pit them selves up against other females in their VTs. You stick a bunch of attractive or not so attractive femakes in a house ie bb8 and they will hate each other, bitch, tear each other down and wonder if another girl is more attractive. Even if a young female's talented or smart, her worth is linked to her looks hence why sports women Maria Sharapova may be average at ehat they do, it's ultimately her looks that people care about.
