This, you can't really judge whether someone has a "right" to feel a certain way... just because they don't act the way you think they should does not mean they are not entitled to feel the way she did.
Yes, she did overreact but as others as have said, she may have had bad experiences in the past, or simply felt uncomfortable that they were talking about black people as if she wasn't there.
