From what I remember i'm going to say BB15 for the same reasons you said Helen and Mark are the only ones who have no intelligence in that season.

This season Andy and Georgina seem to be the only intelligent ones as well as being the only sane/mature/normal ones. I do feel Evelyn is also intelligent but we have yet to see her
