Going for the age factor is the easiest thing to do. The guy is a mess, the way he understands life, relationships, what marriage means, use of drugs and alcohol (and tattoos, tbh
). No wonder he's going to court next week, I don't see any 20-something guys having this record. It's deeper than just "oh, he's 21, forgive him", it's the lack of education and parental authority.
