Fact is, he got the majority of the votes, so the simple answer is yes.

He was actually one of my favourite housemates for the very reason that he was generally a down-to-earth guy, and I don't watch BB to see how many freaks can out-freak each other in freak-awards. (Wow, a lot of freaks in there, just like the BB house).
He was genuine, and most of the others were not.
I think this is why I prefer older BB's because they started out with having relatively normal people as HMs and it's gone downhill from henceforth.
