What has Cliff Richard to do with the BBC? I don't believe that lack of adequate investigation in this area is confined to the 70's either.
The more people who come forward over time I would have thought makes it easier to gauge guilt not less, as every case has to be assessed on it's own merit. It can't be assured that Cliffs file will remain closed, should someone else come forward it will be reopened.
