I put myself down a lot and people find that annoying. I don't mean to do it, but that's just what I'm thinking and I'm never really serious or notice I'm doing it. I guess it's a bad habit. I also don't like disappointing or bothering people so I try to be nice, like overly nice! Which I don't think most people like and it might seem fake.
