Tbf, he needed to distance himself from her from the beginning and not tried to tell her what to do/say. They both played this ****ty game of stay quiet and say nothing. Charlie has been trying to control him the whole time, but what he tried to do anytime she wanted to speak up can be considered controlling as well.

Why not just cut life support on their relationship already and admit the break-up was bad and that they're going no where and stop trying to befriend a corpse.
