First of all, even forgetting about the fact Andy was silly and made a stupid comparison, but his comparison doesn't even ring true in this country and never has.
So not just was it pathetic, but it made no sense whatsoever to automatically connect a law from a different country into a conversation in the UK about a joke.

Yeah I can't really connect the dots either. I expect it made sense somehow in his head at the time though or else there would be NO reason at all for any of the theatrics
