They don't get mad at someone not doing the task when they can empathise with not wanting to do it themselves.
This whole "If someone doesn't want to do it, they don't do it" is bull. They let it fly when it suits them and get mad when it doesn't.
Again, this is just an annoyance when people aren't consistent/straight forward.
