I was under the impression that the HMs had to annihilate a fellow HM based on an unanimous decision rather than the majority. Whilst I am pleased that Chelsea has gone it would have made it better for an unanimous vote, something like a judge might ask for in a court, and then it would had some fight to save Chelsea, but in the end leading to more discontent amongst the HMs.
