..she made good and wise points, I thought...and actually was quite complimentary in pointing out his admirable qualities of not being all shouty, shouty and becoming too involved in the dramas..but also saying in the context of the BB house that, she felt that was sometimes necessary..I think that he's so scared of doing/acting in an 'unpopular' way that he disables himself to a large extent from his character coming forward..../she sees that as 'forgettable' from a public point of view..
